Ethics Integrity and Aptitude refers to a set of norms, Ethics, principles that that society places over itself, which helps to guide the behavior, choices and conduct of a person.
In other terms, it’s an Ethics gospel or a philosophical composition which studies mortal geste and tries to determine whether an act performed is innocently right or wrong.
It’s deduced from colourful sources similar as civil society, mortal heart, customs, traditions etc.
Integrity refers to the capability of an individual to remain harmonious and married to his/ her particular and professional values. When seen from the lens of governance, it takes the form of honesty and responsibility in the discharge of responsibility and duties, serving as an epitome of antipode to corruption. I love how the British pens. Lewis summarizes integrity, “ integrity is doing the right thing indeed when no one is watching ”.
Aptitude refers to one’s capacity to perform a task or learn a skill.
It’s your grasping or learning quotient. It has three instantiations-Intellectual aptitude, emotional aptitude and Ethics aptitude.
