To do this, move the eyes, tongue, wrists of hands and feet, waist, neck while moving right-left and up-down in circular motions. Similarly exercise the toes of the feet. Tear off the ears, close the mouth completely. Grab the shoulder from right to left and left to press. Do this action for 10-15 minutes. To make this mudra, after bending the first finger i.e. index finger, light pressure of the nail part should be applied to the root part of the thumb and keeping the remaining three fingers straight by applying pressure on the index finger with the thumb. The mudra formed by this is called Vayu Mudra. Doing this mudra for 5-10 minutes daily cures all kinds of gas problems like vata, paralysis, tremors in hands and feet or body, paralysis, hysteria.
